hey, i know there has been a bit of argument about this but my head is on its way out so i'm gonna have to get a new one soon... i have a g200 with a stock head what would be the best kind of head to replace it with? another g200 head or a big valve 1600 head? thanks |

I have a 1600 head, all cleaned and recoed 15k km's ago. Interested? Adelaide. $190ono, a second hand reco usually goes for about double that and more here. |

im in qld... nah anyway i saw one in the paper once fully recoe'd and extensively ported & machined for 300 bucks... i thought that wasnt too bad |

Grab it at that price if it has flow figures to back it up &/or it looks like it is genuine. My new 1600 head owes me $1080. So at $300, bargain... but as i said, if it's a genuine good head.
