Im in the process of removing all the rust from my TE panelvan but the back door is hammered right underneath where it closes its full of shitty rust like most gemini vans, any of u guys/gals got any suggestions about getting rid of it i had a look at a couple more boots but they are all rusted in the same spot! im stuck |

hit it with an angle grinder and then bog it back up with metal fill sand it back and shell be right.

Problem with that is if your planning to keep it 4 ages itl crack n fuk up. Also if you have to go over the pits and they find it its unregisterable. |

say u have rust in ur floor you can just run a layer or bog over it and they cant fail u |

so you can just fill a door with bog and register it?
Gavs old corolla was full of it and he recons that they would fail it if they found it. |

Now are we forgetting about the issue of the RUST ON MY CAR!!! I could bog up it up yes but it would crack eventialy and i am planing on doing this car up to show room nik. is there a way i could weld a piece of metal across the bottom of the boot? or wouldnt it work. bog isnt really an answer. |

Rare Spares and the like may have replacement panels. Either that, get a front write-off and see what the boot is like. Some wreckers will cut fronts and arses off.
Matter of fact I have the complete arse of a TX for sale.. |
