How do you get the hinge pins out of the door of a gemini easily

i am yet to find a way

i believe that there is a tool to do it but no shop i've been to know what i am talking about

yeah, you use a slide hammer.

ABW make a door pin puller. If your local spare parts shop still doesn't know what your talking about than it might be time to find another shop to get your parts from.

I've got the ABW door pin puller and I am still having a hard time getting my driver's door off... they are fairly heavy so I think I'll try supporting it on a jack while I hammer the pins through... failing that, I am replacing the door anyway, so I'll angle grind the door off to get more room to work.

I borrowed a pin remover from a bodyworks...it was usless. i made one with a small long bolt and a nut filled to the size of the pin used lots of CRC some screw drivers , hammer and lots of time (well about 20 mins a door)

try a bodyworks for the tool or just ask to see one if you want to make one.

bingo!! i replaced the drives door and rear pasanger door on my gem, and i used and angle grinder to do it!!! just cut it of and place the new ones on piece of piss!!!
