Whats going on? No longer making sidedraft manifolds for sohc motors. Sad.

yeah i sucks hey. the reason they stopped making them oh so many years ago was because they were continually gettting returns and complaints about the bastards not fitting in there becuase they were inflicting on the brake booster. so therefore, they have stopped making them. the only way you can get sidedrafts on a gem motor is to get one of the remote brake boosters from the real early gemis and doing the transplant - which makes room for the sidies to fit. and also, to buy a sidedrat manifold is really hard. so my suggestion to you is bro, if you hear of one going up for sale, take it! because you really dont know when the next one is going to be passing by. hope this info helps you only your long journey of finding one.

and also, if you are in the brisbane and are chasing one down, it wont hurt to give The Gemi Shop a call. dunno what their number is, youll have to look them up in the phonebook.

I am going to sell my sidedrafts and manifold as soon as I get my hands on a single downdraft and manifold.
so keep checking back.

my advice is if you ever hear of a sidedraft manifold for sale let it slide
get a downdraft manifold.
