why did it have a regency inspection?

i thaught the only way you could get it inspected was to get it defected? sorry mate but it sounds as dodgey as a cat and for that price i could get a pretty nice rotor, or even better a datsun.
at least it wouldnt over heat every 5 fucking minutes
