how much would it cost to turn a normal g200 single cam into a twin cam? i no i would have to get a new head and shit! how much work do ya recon it would take?

It would be a whole lot easier to purchase a G200W to begin with. There are a number of components that need to be found that will have to come from a G200W to begin with.

Im pretty sure you cant do it anyway. Other wise I would know people who had done it.

All you need is to buy your own casting foundry and manufacture a new head! Very Happy

didnt somebody say about the "C" engines like a g200C that they have the same bottom end as a twin cam. so would a twin cam head bolt onto tthat

The only way to do it would be similar to Racegems idea (except pay an existing business to do it). The twin cams have a completely different block.

i see yes and i will raise you a teryaki chicken minus MSG,

hermm,

we trial fitted a DOHC head on a G200 block and got the front timing case, all sweet,

its like coke, you get Vanilla and Cherry varieties

Anyway, I thought that the gallery's were different, and thats a main reason they dont bolt on (and work).
