g'day
i need advice on picking a camshaft for my g200z. it's in a chevette about 2400 lbs and isuzu 4 speed,3.36 rear and ported head. i need good street performance. i need to know who supplies these too. i am in the usa and isuzu perf parts are hard to come by!..thanks...marc |

haha really? Cool USA I wanna go there one day and check out the nascar racing. Anyway back to the camshafts. Go to www.crowcams.com.au and they got stage 4 cams (BIG) 30/70 duration for $264 inc Tax thats aussie dollars too and the timeing chain kit which you will need as the cams are dialed in for a G161 are $132 inc tax.

| you prolly only want either a standard cam, or if u want abit more for the enigne a 30/70 or 35/75 cam, i dont know who you guys have there that supply shit but any where decent that supplies engine stuff should supply them, id be lookin at crow cams if u have them over there |

| i would try summit racing or bills izusu performance. they should do u a good cam for your luv |

| thanks for the info! bill's isuzu my be able to help and summit didn't have anything. i got a g180z in the car now and the g200z in process of rebuild. the worst part of the swap was exhaust as it was tight to the steering shaft(left hand drive here in usa). cheers..marc |

| no worries. just a question though do u have drums allround or u got discs front? and drums rear? |

hi tx
the fronts are disc, single piston,two pin floating caliper,gm design. the rears are small drums with star wheel adjusters. my old opel(1978) had fixed caliper twin piston, is that what your tx has? |
