Ummm I have a G200 engine out of a Jackaroo. Its had the pistion rings and bearings redone. Crank shft has been machined, new big end has been put on and has a new timing chain. I have been runing it in. Today i bought a straight out air-cleaner to replace the old standerd 1. I also put in super 4 sparkies and new leeds.
But when i took it for a test drive, it had no power what so eva. I have put everything that was on before and still no change. I have drivin myself nuts trying to find out y, and now i give up. If ne one could give me sum advice or even have a look at it this would be really great. I cant afford to put in to a machince as im in bout $1500 debt atm.

The most obvious reply is to recheck that the leads are in the correct firing order, next is are the plugs of the correct specs - ie; gap and heat range.
Grab a multimeter and check that there is sufficient current flow using the ohms setting.
Start there and if all turns up fine then post back in the forum as some other users may have suggestions.

What are super 4 sparkies?
In summary, you put on a new air cleaner, new spark plugs and new leads.
The only thing that could make it run rough is incorrect spark plug gap, a dodgy lead, or a vacuum line that you didn't block when changing air cleaners. |

Super 4's have 4 earths, and are preset plugs so be careful not to drop them. Like everyone else said just check the leads and vacuum lines. |
