i am after twin webbers for a g160 engine wit manifold would prefer sidedraught but hey beggers cant be choses cheers

Trust me dude, go with the IDA Webers. Downdraught fits soooooooo much better. They are almost the same as the DCOE but just different direction of flow. You can usually find em cheap too cos some dungers think theyre worthless "cos they arent side draught".

yeah go for twin 44 idf webbers. You will make more power in a Gem with them over sidedrafts

Aren't twin 44's a little over-kill for a G161Z ? Unless of course it's a fire breathing monster.
I'd lean more toward twin 40mm D/D webers, they should be able to support just about any horsepower figure a N/A 1600cc engine can dish out.
