hey gem freaks, i have a TC gemini coupe and i am thinkin about upgrading to the Rodeo motor i was asking to any who have done this conversion or have any info about it the following questions:
which model (year and make) motors are people using?
can u use an original gearbox ie is the Rodeo's input shaft any different or if not is fitting the Rodeos gearbox easy or a f@#ken mission? and if the Rodeos gear box is fitted how long must the gems tail shaft be shortened?
any answers would be great cheers and beers! |

2.6L came out in both 2wd and 4wd
mine is a 91 model motor
im using a gemini 5 spd box. i had to use a custom clutch and pressure plate. the clutch has to be a rodeo one with a gemini centre spine. and the pressure plate has to have extened fins, to suit the gemini release bearing |
