when i release my clutch the tension point is just as it fully released, does his mean my clutch is fucked, ive tried ighening my cable but it wasnt that effective. only increased pressure of clutch...as in harder to push in Sam |

so did you adjust the friction point in the engine bay the long adjuster that comes out of the fire wall?
if so sounds like youve run out of meat on your clutch or somethihng along those lines |

To make the friction point closer to the floor, loosen the cable in the engine bay. Although this makes the clutch pedal have a lot of freeplay. My clutch was like this for about 14 months, then when I put a new one in it wasnt much better. If you do change your clutch, remove the pivot point and install some washers, I didnt do this and I was kicking myself after I reinstalled the motor and gearbox. |

where is the pivot point you speak of and how do i take it off. also where do i put the washers, does this increase the amount of the friction points, thanks sam. |
