The kits I sell are blow through carb, not draw through. The carb sits in the factory position, you use the factory fuel lines, and the standard accelerator cable.

When you ask about the cost of the exhaust to be made up, do you mean the exhaust system after the turbo?? If so, thats up to your exhaust shop.

If you mean the exhaust manfiold, I use piazza manifolds which I supply as part of the kit. I also supply a dump pipe from the turbo which needs to be hooked into your exhaust system.

with the efi kits, all you have to change is the rubber sections of fuel lines, the manifold itself, and install the fuel pump. I supply everything including hose and clamps.

email me and I will get back to you when next lot of kits are ready.

First off, you could hook it up to your current exhaust system, which would cost about $30.

A new 2.25" exhaust with single muffler should cost around $200 fitted.

A 2.5" probably around $250 fitted.

with either size, a hotdog style resonator which I would recommend if using a straight through muffler (which I would also recommend) would be an extra $50.

when going to 3", most people cant press bend it so they use mandrel bends. I dont really know, I built my own, and spent a about $200 just for the pipe and bends, but I used more than the average system because its a twin system. mufflers were about $320 for the pair (polished stainless). I also had a lot of flanges and gaskets laser cut, so I could bolt it in and out if needed. All up, close to $700, and 8 weekends, but as I said, it more complicated than the average system.
