| well my question is about replacing my engine. i own a 1979 coupe. and am look in putting a non Turbo engine in so any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. |

do a search and you'll find all the info u need.
single cam g180 or g200 would be the easiest option for you |

not to mention the cheapest aswell. all the standard gemini manifolds and stuff bolts up. the other option for an n/a engine would be a rotary or a v6. that might cost about $1000 just to put the engine in the car. it'd be nice though! 13b bridgeport in a gemini  |

| yeah your best bets as someone said would be the g180 or g200, get extractors and exhaust and she'll be flying, also they are pretty much the same engine except capacity |

| it really depends on what u can do ur self, easist will be g180/g200 single cams, but if u no what u are doing you could go 2.6 out of rodeo |

| yea a 2.6 is all good and well if he's not in qld, in qld u cant get them mod plated, you can get a 2.4 however, and are pretty easy to install from what im told, but even easier is a 1.8 or a 2.0, they all bolt straight in, bolt it in wire it up and drive away. |

hey how hard is it to put a injected 2.6 rodeo engine into a gem.do they nearly bolt straight up or is it alot of work?
