I am almost ready to drop in my 4ZD1 but there is a plug on the carb the dizzy side. I looked it up at work in the workshop manual and it is for the solinoids in the carby. through the wiring diagrams it just pretty much gives them power once the ignition has turned on.
I was just going to hook up a relay of the ignition switch to give em power when i turn the key but i was just wondering wat other ways i could hook it up.
What have you all done on your 4ZD1 conversions?

nah not that connector there is a 4 pin connector that plugs into the automatic choke solinoid and other solinoids on the carb.
