would i have 2 remove the vinyl b4 i reshaped the dash with body filler 2 fit gauges, i also want to apply body filler ova the whole dash and sand it sown so i get a reall nice smooth finish. Should i take all the vinyl off the dash first cause it has a couple of cracks, and also how does it come off?

itd foam under it and i cant see filler sticking to that very well
