rod yes you lose points for being pulled up for a defect always have and always will

i got done a few weeks ago for being to low.

i heard andrew (GEM4PLAY) once got 13 defects and lost 13points??? urban legend maybe

man gem4play must have been the biggest smart arse ay, i got caught doin burnoughts around a roundabout, and he pulle me up defected me for tyres, (1 point) did me for excessive noise (2 points) then looked over my car said i had to fix up my oil leak get a new seatbelt and a bigger stearing wheel told me i had a nicely preserved gemini and let me leave! i lost my learners tho but now i got my P's woohoo, and a broken down fucken car

Aha!!! But on da other hand Kev, if you can be fortunate enough to run over a cute and furry animal you will actually gain 5-10 points there. I normally award a minimum of 10 points for feral cats, mainly depending on accuracy, splatter, ease of target, color of target etc...

yes u can loose points for a defect simply because thr rts says that it is the drivers responsibility to ensure the car is roadworthy before driving it,
altho saying that it is really up 2 the police's discretion, (so basically dont be a smartarse and u shouldnt get dealt 2 bad a hand)
