you would need an eng.cert
and probably brake upgrade
motor could be left stock if it's only 5psi

hello orange gem...with the standard comp ratio and running 5psi of boost the car will go unreal, u won't need more boost i promise u...
u will need to engineer the set up if u use fuel injection, apparentely if u go straight gas u don't need to engineer it. to set the injection up it could cost you FROM $500 depending how you do it. a friend i have set injection up costing only $400 and it went great! very smooth and powerful. pics of my setup at:

you could add a half decent intercooler and run 10psi safely, assuming that everything is tuned properly. instead of buying low comp pistons, you could just use a decompression plate, obviously not as good, but cheaper. to up to boost u gotta change the pulleys.

not sure exactly...
if i had to guess i'd say around 90 to 100 kW as compared to around 60 kW from my 1800.(@ the flywheel)
however i put the compression down by fitting a 2 ltr head. i think if u used the setup with standard compression u could get over 100 kW easy... more around the 110Kw mark. Also with the 5 PSI you could do that safely.
my engine was completely stock with extractors.
