How do i know if my car can crank but cannot start? then batt don;t seem to be charge...i have this new batt since last year... but i fogot to fill up the distill water..so after i refill the batt still dun charge...is the batt spolit? and how i know if the External volt Regulator or the alternator is faulty? thanks..

get a hold of a multimeter of some cunt and put it on your battery and read the voltage and that will tell ya if your battery is faulty. leave the mulimeter on hte battery and start your car and bring the revs up to about 2500rmp and c if the voltage goes up. the voltage should be around 13.8V if your alternator is good. if the voltage doesnt move then your alternator is fucked
