				| I shortened mine on a couple of gems the cheap and easy way.  Using a fishing sinker, cut it to the centre so you can push it onto the cable.  Pull the slack out of the cable at the accellerator pedal, place the sinker over the cable and crimp it so it sits firm.  Great for when the adjustment at the carby isn't enough for the cable slack
