				hi all,

just after some opinions....

im runing a high-comp 2ltr with a single 38dgms, and a 'medium street' crow cam. i have a set of 4-2-1 extractors that lead to a 2" exhaust. the trouble is, when it get to around 3500 rpm, right in the middle of the torque curve, it doesnt make any more power. the cam [on paper] stops making power at 6500rpm, and the carby+ports are huge, so that leaves me with one option..the exhaust is too small.

i could go and get a 2.5" fitted, but the extractors i have end in a 2" outlet. the extractors were originally fitted to the g200, but im concerned that having a 2" outlet leading to a 2.5" pipe would be a waste of time, due to the restriction at the end of the extractors.

what do you guys think??

thanks,

				| I'd be looking at jetting and the ignition advance curve first, make sure everything else is sorted. |
