tried the socket approach and couldn't get one to fit around it. it is a real cunt of a nut to remove. my brother is going to try and grind down a socket to fit as a key and if that doesn't work then i will just weld another nut on top of it and buy new ones.

if you are gonna weld, be careful, i have seen nice mags ruined. |

i will try and cover them as much as possible. i will be careful cos i just polished them.
i will give you an update as soon as possible and tell you which method i used. |
