bout my coar again.

I was looking in the top of the radiator when i just started it yesterday and with the cap off.
Well i revved it to highish revs using the dilly from just by the carby/air filter
and anyways when the revs got up there water leaped out the top. not a little but a BIG amount.
I was thinking because that was at high revs maybe thats why waters coming out the overflow. The water is stil hot as hell.
And everytime i stop after driving i can hear the cap fizzing with excitement coz he just wants to let the water out.
??
that normal to have the water leap out the top hole of radiator when cap is off.
And no, the water level wasnt right up the top. it was above the bars but not real high.

No. Your h/gasket is not sealing. Compression is getting into the water jacket. The new head you used is warped, or the gasket is no good (re used), or not tightened properly.
I asked you before whether you had steam out your exhaust - you didnt answer. he he I know the answer now!
