just pull your alternator apart, and drill holes in the fan. but i dont think itd be what ya after.

hey pinkbitz i have heard a couple of ppl mention this before...where exactly do you drill the holes in the alternator fan...and what sort of noise does it make?

You have to make sure you get a happy one, that way you can be sure it will whistle.

just get a rodeo fan belt and turno it inside out!!

autobarn at virginia can order them in
i think it was 395 for the pulleys
and 50-60 for the belt

Let me get this straight. You want to pay about $450 to make your gemmy make a whistling noise? I understand all the other features of a gilmer drive but it's not going to make much of a difference on a gemmy engine is it?

Maybe an ex army one. that way it can whistle the tune from the movie "the bridge over the river kwai(or whatever it is)". And keep it well fed. That way it will want to whistle for you. If you dont understand me ask someone to explain the gilmer drive monkey to you. Quite an interesting story.
