i personally am a bit unsure on front springs as i have never done it but the rear springs were simple for me (it took about 5-10mins for me 1st time)
1. jack up the carbody NOT the axle
2. undo the shockie(so u get more room to play with)
3. jack up car more till wheel is off the ground
4. pull out spring
5. pull out rubber spring surrounds for top and bottem of spring
6. put rubber on new spring
put spring in
7. let the car down slowly making sure the shockie goes back into place
8. do up nut on shockie
i dont know whether you have tried yet but thats how i did it for the back and it worked 100%. if you dont undo the shock you will have heaps of trouble trying to get it out.
youll have to ask or get someone for the front springs though
hope this helps
cheers
