i went to the wreckers to buy a 2L cortina carbyand i told the guy wat i was putting it on he said someing about i might have to jet it up or down?? i didnt know i had to do that and if anyone has a 2L cortina carby on there gemini (mines a 1.6 60 thou over) can u tell me what u had to do to put it on or moderfi it anyway. thanx

You need to locate the main and air correct jets.
The main jet controls the amount of fuel and the air correction leans out the mix as the manifold vaccum decreases (ie accelerate)

If its off a 2ltr it will probably run to rich so you will more that likely need a smaller main jet.

Get a colourtune to tune and jet it properly, then its a piece of piss.
