After reading adam's comment about the proposed laws, I've had a look around the QLD Govt's legislations and proposed bills on their website, and if anyone wants to have a read on exactly what they've got against us, I have uploaded a copy of the proposed bill and the current "Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2000", jump to my webspace and have a read:
