Hey guys and girls out there can anybody tell me want fuel a standard gemini should run on.A lot of storys lets get it right,no big deal for the oil companys there win anyway. (fuels are fuels i dont think so) |

Don't need permission, Mr search won't get angry if you try again ;o) But I think he'll give you the same answer unless you try some different keywords. lol
For the umpteenth time, If it is a standard gemmi run it on ULP. You don't need any additive and you don't need PULP. Mine used to run on standard and then for years on ULP, ULP, ULP! Alloy heads have hardened valve seats. If you've upped the compression it's too late to whinge about the cost, you will probably need to run PULP or f#ck up your engine real quick. Yes any ULP or any PULP. For all the lovers of a particular brand there is an equal number for another. And depending where you are, many of the Co's get their fuel from the same refinery and "rebadge" it. |

lrp has a higher ron rating than ulp/ u dont need a cat in a gem before 1983. after that u do. so luckily the wagons a 78. unsure about the filler neck though. VIC and NSW police will be doing random exhaust testing @ servos etc etc so be aware. I was told this by he guy @ Scotcher race fuels last time i bought Avgas for "offstreet" use. |
