Cam, can go for $90 like the one offered to you, but i have seen regrinds go for around $80 minus springs. Check out the crow cams site, it has a few to pick from. The first couple are $264 but after that i'm not sure on the bigger items.
Extractors, from $45-$70 from a wrecker. Or over $100 for a quality set through the parts section on this site. One guy had Pacemakers for $150, while another had Genie or something for about $60 bucks.
Carbies, from $40-$60 each from a wrecker. Or in excess of $140 each for freshly rebuilt units. Depending on mates rates and similar. And what particular type you are chasing.
Blower, $400 is around about right. I personally would have paid around this, give or take $50 bucks.
Manual G/box, 4 speeds can be bought for as little as $50 from either here or a wreckers - although wreckers could charge a little more. But 5 speeds are a little more in demand, they can go from $80 for a used unit to $200-$450 for a reco.
All prices are an approx. and based on watching the 'Parts' forum prices for only a few months, and some quotes i was given while shopping for these parts.
