Lots of help needed please!!

Ok, where to start? First of all I had a 32/36 weber installed on my stocko g161, until it decided to idle unreasonably high(ie. 1300-1500rpm) so I pulled the bastard off to give it a rebuild as it was oldd as and covered in crap anyway. What could have caused this high idle? I checked the timing already so it wasn't too advanced.
Secondly, to replace the weber, I whacked a freshly rebuilt g200 nikki on, only to find that the accelerator pump nozzle was blocked. Does anyone know of anyway to unblock it, other than using an air compressor to blow it out? I can't figure out how to remove the nozzle either.
Lastly my starter motor is stuffed. It sometimes won't engage at all but when it does it doesn't like to disengage completely. Is it fixable or should I just get another from the wreckers?
