If i put 205/45/16 on my car, does the lower profile put more strain on the mag? if so does it shorten the mag life span |

as long as there at the right presure there will be no problem at all, same pressure as a 60 series is the same in a 45 series no diff. but if u hit pothhols and things then u will be introuble they will bottem out easyer.

As gene said, as long as they have the correct pressure there should be no problem. You don't want to put higher profile tyres on 16's as the diameter will increase too much. Not to mention look like shit and make the car sit higher off the ground. |
