just to let you all know about the Walky Park Trophy Day series of rallysprints, the first of which is on this sunday (the 21st) starting around 9am.
I will be there trying out the new gem beast

These events are held at Walky park which is the property owned by our carclub and is just east of truro ( about 100km north of Adelaide if you need directions, reply here)

entry fees are $50. If you don't have a CAMS licence, then this $50 will cover a come and try (level 1) licence for the day. This will give you a $14 discount on your level 2 or 3 licence if you get it within a month.
level 2 licences have not yet been approved (as far as I know) but this should be done by the next event (19 may)

you can enter in any kind of car, regular road cars or rally cars, or even specials (anything else). you will need an approved helmet and seatbelts. you may also need to join the Walkerville All Cars club ($40 per year).
scrutineering usually starts at 9am
competition starts at 10am
break for lunch 1ish (bbq, drinks, choccies available at small cost)
finish up around 3-4pm

other events are: 19may, 21 Jul, 22sep, 13 oct, 17 nov.

don't forget, rally of robertstown is coming, 24th august. get ready now!

best idea would be to come to the clubs monthly meeting tomorrow night at 8pm, at walkerville RSL hall, Walkerville tce, walkerville.
in answer to your questions:
1. the club is planning some advanced drvier training and rally driving type training days, dates not yet confirmed
2. this one is a bit vague, what sort of info do you want? requirements for events depends on the level of the event, but in order of difficulty: Club membership, safe car, helmet, CAMS licence, civil licence, roll cage + harnesses, big piles of cash etc etc
3. I too am a CAMS scrutineer, if you want to do any events which the club is running, we would be happy to have you.

well you just missed it, next one is on the 19 may, it is an autosport cup round. you won't be able to enter this one in a road car (need a roll cage) but you can come an watch for sure.
