my tyres are only 185/65/13 and i had to roll them when i lowered my car. its pretty simple though all i did was put a bit of pipe between the tyre and guard and get someone else to slowly move the car back and foward. do it a few times though because it rolls up a little bit each time. watch the bar doesnt come out and wreck your paint though.

Im running 205/45/16's and I rolled the inside of my guards myself. I guess it also has allot to do with your rims offset
My mate has 205/40/17's and he hasnt rolled or liped his guards and the car has been lowered 2 inches front 3 1/2 on the back damn that thing is low, runs on bump stops hahaha |

man 1 1/2 inches, i honestly dont believe you could make that scrub if you tried! lowered springs (at least the ones i have) are pretty damn stiff. 2" lower king springs, 3 guys in the back, 195's and i STILL cant make the fukr scrub. as someone already said itl depend heaps on the offset.
Squash as many people into you car as humanly possible and take it for a spin! see how she goes. |
