hey people
i want to buy a tc or td gemi coupe and i want to put turbo in it and i want to know if i can legaly drive it on my p plates in vic ??? if any1 knows could u write back

| even if u cant just wait till your off your P's least then u will be able to drive it... properly. you'll probably be able to afford it by the time your off them:) |

ive seen a fairfew nice cars with p'plates in car shows.
for eg...a purple wrx
camelian silvia
etc.
so if u cant register it in your parents name and then see what happens |

do what me mate done...he's the one with the rx3 v8....got it dynoed with bald tyres, bad tuning ect, so that the power was [apparantly] 50kw. get the dyno printout, and take that everywhere. if its below 125kw/tonne, and cap/mass is below3.5l/tonnne, your home free. after the dyno is over,put it back to 'scary' spec...and dont get caught doing something stupid.

to answer your question,on your p's in vic it is illegal to drive a:
-Power to weight ratio of more than 125kw per tonne or
-Capacity to weight ratio of more than 3.5 litres per tonne |
