do g200 sohc's have the same cam chain tentioner as a g161?

im putting on into my car and the engine mounts are shit faced and i cant see any cam chain tentioners.
someone help me please! |

Its there but its a shit of a thing. Its on the left hand side on the timing chain, There is a small black leaver sticking out the top of it, you need to use a screwdriver and flick it to the left to release the tension |

i thought the g200 sohc used tha same block as the g161z sohc.....therefore, wouldn't the tensioners be the same too??

G200's have a different tensioner to G161's and it has a different release mech, it's not plastic like the G161's,
also the G200 block is a little bit taller ie the top of the water pump is not flush with the top of the block there is about 5 mm diff,
