im puting in a sr20det into a td coupe. i need to up grade the front brakes. im going with ether VN or VOLVO calapers.
do these bolt straight up???? and also what modle VOLVO would i be wanting the calapers of?? cheers

dude for a start you already have the engine mount design, of mine, that you posted on your site. thanks. second, because i am nice, this is my conversion i had built, there are pics coming & may be a workshop too. there is already one of my front end and you can see it. Jordan wright Td in the mod. gallery. You should look for a set of volvo 240 calipers 4 spot, for vented rotors. then you will need the rotors, best to but them new for around $70 or less. you will need the distribution block 2 into 4, a 4 bolt 7/8 bore master cylinder & booster off later gemi models.
the rotors need to be sleeved by an engineer to fit the gemi stub axle, and then all that is needed is for the calipers to be slightly die grinded outwards, top and bottom equally, and they bolt straight on. It cost me around $600 which includes everything. |
