depends where u are i suppose. if in qld try gemi shop. they usually seem to have dohc motors, around $1k mark i suppose or more for better condition. not that interested myself cos they don't use the same engine mounts as the sohc motor. there's one for sale on the fast fours forum, but its an 1800, make an offer. the guy lives in nsw. u don't need to be a member to view it.

Fitting the engine in is no big hassle .You can use the same engine mounts and crossmember.I have two race cars with these engines .One runs a diesel crossmember because of the style of extractors I use the other is standard.I am sure you will be happy with the power.for some photos look at my site www.alphalink.com.au/~gem |
