Hey everyone, i need a little bit of help regarding some ideas for an engine rebuild. I am looking to spend about 2 grand on my motor, but i need some suggestions as to what sort of work i can get done for $2000 and what would be the most effective way to go for the maximum power upgrade inside my budget. All help appreciated, all suggestions welcome, including ideas for new motors and so on. Thanks. |

Look into getting a good deal on a 4zc1 piazza engine. Try and do most of the installation work yourself, then the majority of your money can be spent on performance instead of paying someone else to install it for you. This is what i would try and do anyway.

Hey Cop Bait,
I know of a G161 bored out to 1800 + 40thou, with o'rings, big cam, balanced bottom end, reco head, h/duty clutch, new everything, just need's assembly, ready for collection, price $1200 + $150 for exhractor's if you want, I can have it assembled as well with warranty, buy a weber, electronic dizzy and good exhaust and she will be sweet, and you will have change for a few slab's,
let me know if you are interested, fitting can be arranged,
cheers
