Picture Sections

Hey Joe and Adam,

Merry Christmas, Happy New Year!!!!

How easy or hard would it be to split the Galleries into different sections? I'm suggesting that you drop the "Modified", "Race", "Stock" and "Show" sections, because they often overlap and do not really give a good indication of the cars on this site.

Perhaps a better idea would be to include them in model sections: TX, TC, TD, TE, TF and TG, with another section for international Geminis such as Hiroshi's Gemini and that bizarre German Testarossa-style Opel Kadett coupe I sent in years ago.

Anyway, just a thought - if it's too hard, then it's probably not worth it.

so a TX with a TG front end and back end.... so basically a TG looking car would go where?

in the others/misfits section!

If it's a TX with a TG front, I say it goes with the TXs - certainly then it would be pretty clear it's a custom job.

It should probably be mentioned in the caption or info section that it's had a TG front end grafted on.

That's what I would do anyway - hell, that's what I have done at home. I've got a library of a zillion Gemini pics, each one listed like this:

and so forth.

Took me days to get them all like that, and for some of the older photos I had, I had to guess the year and may have got it wrong, but at least it's made my collection easy to navigate.

Done the same thing for the Isuzu Geminis, Opel Kadetts, GMC Chevettes, Opel K-180s, GM-Brazil Chevettes, Vauxhall Chevettes, Chevrolet Chevettes and Daewoo Maepsys too.

The PC at home isn't mine, so any time I get on it is, er let me say it's a privilege and not a right...

So the world will just have to be spared by Gemini picture library!

Got any options for distributing them? Can ya zip em in to a file and use a file transfer proggy to give them to me?

I'd love to have a squiz, and could probly put them up somewhere!
