First start with the venturi size, should be either 2mm less or the same as the intake valve size, Either 28 or 32mm should be ok. Main jets are generally around 4x the venturi size, Ie 28mm venture approx 115 or so.
The air correction jet is usually the main jet size + 60 so
115 + 60 = 175. Thats only rough figures, probably better to research on what other 1600 motors are running.
How ever you may find it more useful to just get hold of a weber carburetor book. |
