Around $40-50 for a good one. If you think about it, when your mixtures are right, you should use a set amount of fuel for a geven amount of airflow through the engine. If your engine flows a bit more air (which it will with the weber) then hopefully your carb will supply a bit more fuel accordingly, or else you will be down on power and possibly do engine damage due to the lean mixture.
It will use the amount of fuel needed for the given air flow. If you find it uses too much fuel, then you are asking the engine to output more than it used to, and thus it is using more fuel. If it didn't use more fuel, then I would be worried.
You will need an adaptor plate, and you will need to get the mixtures checked, best way is on a dyno with a wide band oxy sensor up the tailpipe.
It will make a bit of difference power wise, it will be noticable.
