Depends what comes with the manifold. At the least, you'll need a computer, and need to tune the computer. Factory ECU can be fooled a bit.

You'll need a pump and surge tank, and thats about it. A few crass fittings, some hose clamps, some fuel line.

Aftermarket ECU's start at about $500 with loom. Good fuel only ECU's start at about $900.
