I want a cooler on my gem, i measured and decided that 600x300x65/70 would be a nice size, fit nicely between my headlights (TE front) but i haven't got it made up yet. OH performance or something in St Albans melbourne said he could do me a cooler that size for $600 and 300 for aluminium piping.

Do u think ur cooler will be getting sufficient air behind the grill, considering that it is only 15 or so centimetres in width, meaning the remainder of ur cooler will not receive direct exposure to oncoming air??

should get a decent amount of air, the grill directs the air straight onto the core, the only part getting bloked is from the bumper and apron. when i take it to the creek ill be taking the grill, bumpa and apron off..

Well if it ainta Michael from around Auburn,

for an early model gem, 600x300 is prolly the widest to bumper bracket to bracket, with out any drastic mods

740 x 460 x 76mm

cant put a price on the cooler. i got the core for mates rates, then i made the tanks myself, and a mate welded it.
in the end it owed me around 3-400

the car should have been going but i had an accident and broke a few bones so im out of action for a month or so. just go the exhaust, pumps, and half the wiring to go

Here is mine...

http://www.angelfire.com/crazy/gemini/index3.html

Make sure you get it done well, it is too expensive to have to get it redone later as i found out.

The core is 460x350x75.
