Gene,
Earlier on the forum you said that you would sell the kit for the vl rear disc conversion for geminis.

I am interested in purchasing one ASAP for my car as I am trying to get the sr20 installed over xmas holidays.

How much am I looking at and what would be the soonest that you could get it all together (with new undrilled rotors)?

By the way, I have ordered my intercooler from ARE Cooling at Brendale and should get it early January (check your email).

Can you either post back here, or email matt_thompson78@hotmail.com

Thanks,
Matthew

It is not a problem if the new rotors have not been drilled, all in bits should be fine. I can get the rotors drilled pretty easily.

Cheers,
Matthew

I get your point, but do you know a local wreckers that has a vl disc rear end and would be willing to separate from the diff and at a reasonable price?

I thought that you might have a contact or might have picked up a couple of spares to start selling.

What wreckers did you get your gear from?
Was there many vl disc brake rear diffs there? (cos they're only on the calias right?)

vb/c/h/l/n/p/r/s all have the same rear disk set up. park ridge wreckers have like 20 of them siting there

You missed VK... Smile

Fact: Unless they've been converted from 6cyl, ALL V8 Commodores come with power steering and rear disc brakes.

thanks for that gene, i picked up a set today from park ridge wreckers for $50. Just need to buy the discs.

What was the purpose of the spigot that you mention about in your write up. Is it because the centre hole in the disc is larger than the hole in the centre of the drum?
