Don't have pics, and I haven't done it to a Gemini, but here's the basic principal.
Cut two pieces of MDF for each door, into a right-angled triangle shape big enough to house a speaker. Cut a hole in one these to fit the speaker. Round off the right angles to fit neatly into the bottom corner of the door. Cut some of the off-cuts to use as spacers. Tape the long sides of the triangle together. Spread the two pieces apart and place in the spacers to your desired angle. Glue, screw, glass, or whatever to steady the framework. Tightly stretch over some stretchy material, an old t-shirt is good, paint in f/glass resin. Cover with material of choice.
Alot of mucking around but worth the effort to say you did it yourself.

Fair enough.
What about using and modifying an existing door pod setup such as VR-VS door pods? Have map pockets and speaker grilles built-in. You'd only have to cut them a bit shorter for the Gemini door.

Yeah i was actually thinking about copying mooch's set up for the trims. http://www.geocities.com/mygemi/gallery2.html
Not exactly copy it, but i love the blue around the outside of the arm rest, anyone know how to do that, what he would have used? (coz i dont think mooch has much time on here anymore)
