Ok im my shit box
when i go round left had corners really hard the car splutters hard core and slows down till going strait again
at firs it htough it could be cause i didnt have much fuel in the tank but it does it any time
also though it could be something to do with all the oil in teh air filter but even when its all cleaned out is does it

any ideas???

yeah my ol nikki used to do that
do you have a weber on it?
Will be the float level in your carby isnt set correctly

is it easy to adjust? i will ahev a look tonight but from memory the level was ok last time i checked and it woudl cut out then to

yes u have a carby problem, my dads gem does it goin up hills, it will just stare itself of fuel and stop, its just the carby, if u rebuild it and put new parts in u shouldn't have too much of a problem

pfffft not worth the effort
goes alright straight lines and aroudn left corner
and goes alright around rights in the wet whent eh back slides its only in the dry it does it

i will just not push it to hard

it is perfectly tune for every thing bar left hand corners sidways

you also got to remeber my engine suffer quite alot of blow by and has go to the stage where i really dont care to much

Its because Nikki carbys have side pivot floats. You go around one corner it floods the bowl, you go around the other and it cuts of the fuel delivery into the bowl.

Not a 100% fix. I have had an idea though. I just need a test monkey down south of adelaide to test it out.

Im south of Adelaide as well as north and have the same god damn problem with left hand corners, whats Your Idea that may help reduce the effect?

Just under your air filter you will see a arm that is connected the this plunger that has a little rubber boot on it place the plunger.
