Just wondering as i want to get some more unsctratched windows and get them tinted but theres no point if theyre just gonna scratch again...
I know the window protector things come off from inside the door and can scratch agaisnt the bear metal but is there another reason??

| the seal the rubber seals are old a bit brittle and have grains of dirt which scratch up and down when you wind them up and down |
