wtd to know how 2 stp floor rustin again

im sic and tirerd of replacing floor and boot pans how the fuck do they rust outside 2 inside or inside 2 outside i know they were bitumined coated in and out but not eached primed how does the water get in the rear floor what can i do 2 stop this happening again
(this is the third time the boot has done this and the second repair 2 the floor pans not my work sm bodgy cunt did it b4me)

some bodgy bastard didn't prep it properly
or somethiing like that i have done a few
floors now and they were only done once and still going strong
