ta;lkin engines for running a turbo, ive been told my engine will be around 7:1 comp ratio (1600 block 2l head), would it be k to whack decomp pistons in or is there like a certaion comp ratio where it's too low. what happens when they r to low, i need good info. what pistons does people recommend, they will be 1800 pistons dunno what brand to get tho,

if your comp is to low your air/fuel mixture will not ignite, personal i wouldn't use any standard gem piston in it if u are planing on running any resonalbe amount of boost, u need 2 get hardened or forged pistons to handle boost pressure

remember, the lower your comp is, the crappier it will go off boost. so if your turbo spools up late, then you'll be a snail until you hit some boost.
