Twisted ... the MG Car Club host the hillclimbs. That is where I was before I went to see you guys. CAMS have links to car clubs. You will need a CAMS licence for those events. There is also a web site for the MG Car Club

Go have a look see. My mate has a Suzuki Swift he races there when he can, and he is a member of the MG Car Club as well from memory, so obvioulsy MG's are not a requirement. Could also try the Holden Sporting Car Club as well as they are CAMS affiliated which means you can enter events that require a CAMS licence, if that all makes sense.

Because I wanted to join them for their events so I checked them out. I emailed someone about an event that was out at Ippy Precinct recently and got no response, so might wanna ask your el presidente mate to contact me.
