Auto Barn normally has various kits they can order in, last time i checked for a mate for his Commo it was a fairly scary quote for something so simple.
Try ringing around metal fabricators to see how much it costs to make a pulley set out of alloy or billet, then grab the belt from a parts supplier. May work out cheaper, might not - but its worth a shot.

a mate just picked up a new set for $380 from autobarn, to suit g161, they sound good when ur driving but horribly shitty and annoying when idling, or maybe thats cos he has his supertight which in turn puts stress on ur alternator bearings and POSSIBLY main bearings...

Well there u go, I had a hunch it would be cheaper to have the pulleys machined by a fabricator.

Has anyone got a price on the belt alone ?
